Many Hideout207 couples don’t. Because gatherings are intentionally small and thoughtfully structured, we’ll help determine what support is most helpful for your vision.

You’ll choose the site you’re most drawn to! Our signature locations have been carefully chosen to best capture views and wildlife, based on season, light, and tide, but if there’s another location you’re drawn to, we can customize the space just for you.

Catering and bar service are not included. Ruby’s Catering is one of our preferred partners but you may choose your caterers and vendors.

Yes. All experiences at Hideout207 require day-of event insurance. Policies typically cost $100–$200 and are easy to secure online.

Yes. All photographers must carry professional liability insurance and provide day-of coverage for their clients.

With multiple outdoor locations and a rustic barn available for smaller gatherings, we’re often able to adapt in a way that still feels intentional and beautiful. A tent is always an option and we will be monitoring the weather in the week leading up to your day and keep you informed about any contingencies.

We provide a meticulously clean and styled Porto Potty for all experiences. If additional units are required, we will work with you on placement.
